Taylor Blatchford is a senior at the Missouri School of Journalism studying international and investigative reporting. She’s currently a teaching assistant at the Columbia Missourian and an editorial assistant at Investigative Reporters and Editors. In the past, she’s reported for Politico Europe, the Charlotte Observer and MU’s student newspaper, The Maneater. Outside journalism, you can find her in the mountains, befriending dogs or cooking.

The MediaShift network includes MediaShift, EducationShift, MetricShift and Idea Lab, as well as workshops and weekend hackathons, email newsletters, a weekly podcast and a series of DigitalEd online trainings.
MediaShift received funding from the Bay Area Video Coalition (BAVC), which receives support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, to launch the MetricShift section to create a vibrant hub for those interested in media metrics, analytics and measuring deeper impact.
