Jule Banville is an assistant professor at the University of Montana School of Journalism, where she began teaching in 2009. Before that, she reported for a daily (Erie, PA), was a public radio producer (NYC), was an editor at an alt-weekly (Washington, DC) and ran a website about the Rocky Mountain West (Missoula, MT). Now, she teaches important skills like when to use a comma and how to start careers in journalism by telling great stories with writing and sound.
