    National Association for Media Literacy Education 2015 Conference
    June 26-27, 2015
    Philadelphia, PA
    Hundreds of teachers, researchers, youth-media specialists, and media-literacy experts will gather to learn how to incorporate media literacy education in the classroom. The conference is part of the UNESCO Media and Information Literacy and Intercultural Dialogue Week hosted by Temple University and the Center for Media and Information Literacy.

    Exploring Resilience Through Media

    The nonprofit Images of Voices and Hope’s annual summit this year will focus on Restorative Narrative –- a term coined to describe a genre of stories that show how people and communities are learning to rebuild and recover in the aftermath or midst of difficult times. The summit will explore examples of Restorative Narrative and feature speakers who will share insights about the importance and impact of this storytelling genre.

    2015 National Native Media Conference
    July 9-12, 2015
