    Is someone watching you when you’re online, on email, on your smartphone? There’s no doubt about it when you consider that even the head of the CIA, David Petraeus, isn’t exempt from having emails come under scrutiny. But what about the average consumer? Should you put up with marketers, social media sites and pretty much every major site tracking your moves online? Should there be an easy opt-out?
