    by Tim Cigelske
    December 2, 2016

It was a pivotal year for the media, filled with challenges, dramatic change and soul searching. We got some things right in our predictions a year ago, but there was no shortage of surprises.

The final #MetricShift chat of the year will look back at the year in metrics and discuss trends such as measuring impact, new measurement tools, training and informing colleagues, and attention metrics.

    The #MetricShift chat will take place on Friday, December 9th, starting at 1 p.m. ET / 12 p.m CT / 10 a.m. PT.
