    No one likes the high price of cable TV, but then again, few people like to go without TV. Thanks to streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu, and gadgets like the Roku box and Apple TV, there’s more chance than ever to get the shows you want when you want them. But the lucrative cable industry won’t go away without a fight, and is hanging on with a “TV Everywhere” campaign that will give access to shows online — but only with proof of a cable subscription.
