This week we learn from Kevin Kelly, senior maverick at Wired magazine, how technology may reshape the delivery of news and information in the coming years.

Among other things, Kelly says news organizations should brace themselves for a society built on sophisticated filtering, ubiquitous artificial intelligence, constant remixing, extreme sharing and a disruption of current advertising models.

Kelly presents his vision of what the future may hold in his latest book, “The Inevitable: Understanding the 12 Technological Forces That Will Shape Our Future,” which is set for release in June and can be preordered on Amazon.
