#EdShift Chat: Tips for Journalism Educators to Get Grants for Innovation

Finding and getting grants and funding for journalism educators can be difficult — especially in navigating all the grant requirements and making the right contacts. Last Friday’s #EdShift chat included a discussion on ways that educators can get grant money and how to use it once they get the grants. Taking part were MediaShift’s Katy Culver and Mark Glaser, along with Nebraska’s Matt Waite, Columbia’s Dean Zambrano, DePaul’s Mike Reilley and AP-Google Scholar Emily Eggleston. Be sure to catch future #EdShift chats on Twitter every first and third Friday of the month at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET.
