“American Sniper” lands not one but two places on this week’s E-book Best-Seller List as the film adaptation starring Bradley Cooper plays in theaters now. The HarperCollins title snags the No. 1 spot at the same time that a memorial edition debuts on the list at No. 22.
As has happened before, e-books associated with a film or TV series comprise the majority of this week’s list. Thirteen titles within the top 25 are either themselves the subject of an adaptation or belong in a series that is.
The average price of a best-selling ebook inches upward after skittering up and down over the past few weeks, to $6.30 from $5.24 last week.
