Dan Brown’s new novel, “Inferno,” is the No. 1 best-selling e-book this week, displacing F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic “The Great Gatsby,” which experienced a surge in sales on the back of the feature film of the same name currently in wide release. While self-published authors have a strong presence on the best-seller list this week (with two in the top 10 and 5 in the top 25, big publishers dominate the top of the list.
